Overview
Provue is a conversational AI platform built for people who want the usefulness of AI without the pressure of figuring out how to use it.
Users can talk to AI versions of onboarded people or personas created for specific needs. They can ask questions, seek advice, create audio, generate reports and complete other tasks through conversation.
The task still gets completed. It simply feels more like asking someone for help than giving instructions to software.

Challenge
Provue began as a finance chatbot. During testing, users found the chat experience intimidating. They had to know what to ask and how to ask it, which made the product feel more like a finance study tool.
The challenge was to make AI easier to approach by every one without limiting what it could do.
Role
I led the end-to-end product design as Provue evolved from an early finance MVP into a broader conversational AI platform.
I turned user feedback and business ideas into a clear product model built around people, personas, conversations and skills.
Scope
I worked across product strategy, information architecture, user flows, discovery, profiles, chat, AI skills, credits, rewards and the design system.
My focus was making every step clear, from finding the right persona to completing a task through conversation.
